What is the ACP?

Our ACP Offerings

The Affordable Connectivity Program is a $14 billion federal program regulated by the FCC to help ensure everyone receiving low income benefits like Medicaid, EBT. SSI, Pell Grant student loans, Government housing, etc. can afford the internet connections needed for work, school, and home.

  1. Home Internet Program
    The newest and most exciting ACP offering is the Home Internet Program provided by Spectrum and Comcast. This program is entirely free with no installation charges, no modem fees, and no credit checks. Simply plug in the device, and you have internet access throughout your home. Unlike most carriers that offer a $30/month discount, this plan ensures you never receive a bill. Available exclusively through Gladiator Marketing, this program cannot be obtained directly from Spectrum or Comcast.
  2. Cell Phone Program
    Continuing the legacy of the Obama Phone Plan, the ACP still offers cell phones and service. Now enhanced with smartphones that include internet service, this program has been a cornerstone for over 15 years.

Compensation for Enrollments

  • Smartphone Enrollment: $20.00 per complete application.
  • Combo Enrollment (Home Internet + Smartphone): Available in limited states.

Basic Training

Training is provided through Zoom sessions or On-The-Job Training with an experienced agent. For your first 10 enrollments, you’ll be compensated $20.00 per enrollment, paid daily. This initial phase should take 1-2 days.

Advanced Compensation

After completing your first 10 enrollments, you qualify for inventory and additional compensation:

  • Smartphones: $3.00 less than home internet enrollments.

With 6 enrollments a day, you can easily make $1,000 per week. Payments are direct deposited every Friday, two weeks behind.

Career Progression

Trainer Position

After 100 enrollments, you can train new agents and earn an additional $5.00 on every enrollment by your team. Trainers make $25.00 per personal enrollment and $5.00 per team enrollment.

Manager Position

Achieved by completing 200 personal enrollments or 300 team enrollments in 4 weeks. Managers earn $10.00 backend on personal enrollments, with potential earnings reaching $2,000 to $5,000 per week.

District Manager

With 300 personal enrollments or 800 team enrollments in 4 weeks, District Managers earn $20.00 backend on personal enrollments and $10.00 on team enrollments.

Regional Manager

Regional Managers process 1200 enrollments in 4 weeks. Further details will be discussed upon reaching this milestone.
